Are You Ready to Develop Innovative Machines for the Growing House Manufacturing Industry? We Are Seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer Who Wants to Work in a Broad and Varied Role, Involved from Initial Concept to Finished Product! About the Role As a Mechanical Design Engineer with our client, you will be a key person in the entire design process for machines manufactured and sold to international customers. Projects often begin with developing a concept based on customer requirements. You will then be responsible for design in CAD – from rough design to detailed construction, including hydraulics, wiring, and other components. You will also work on strength calculations and technical solutions ensuring high quality and performance of machines. Once design is complete, documentation will be sent to partners for manufacturing and delivery. Our client's machines are used to automate parts of house manufacturing, with each project customized to specific customer needs. This may involve automated portals, frame stations, and other solutions for manufacturing wall modules and wooden constructions in the construction industry. Your Profile Required Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of mechanical design experience • At least Higher Vocational Education in relevant field • Good CAD tool skills • Swedish and English – spoken and written Meriting Qualifications: • Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics • Electrical knowledge • IronCAD skills Personal Characteristics: We believe the ideal candidate is a driven individual with great interest in development and learning new techniques.
