Swedish Autotransport AB is a key player within Axess Logistics, the Nordic market-leading automotive logistics group. We are proud to transport approximately 1,400 passenger cars daily across Sweden.
With us, you'll become part of a transport company with around 265 committed employees and a fleet of approximately 135 specially-built vehicle combinations. You'll become the heart of our operations by keeping our specialized vehicles in top condition.
Your Role and What We Offer
We are now opening a brand new, modern workshop in Halmstad where you, together with your colleagues, will primarily be responsible for maintenance and repairs of our own car transport vehicle combinations. We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Has a genuine interest in heavy vehicles and thrives on taking personal responsibility while being a team player. You are a happy, positive, and creative problem solver who sees opportunities and is curious about learning new things.
Job Requirements:
• Experience: Documented experience as a heavy vehicle mechanic or equivalent workshop work.
• Technical Expertise: Solid experience with welding (with valid certification) and good knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Language & IT: Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, with basic computer skills.
• Driver's License: Class B license.
Additional Merits
The following would be a significant advantage:
• Driver's License: Class C and CE authorization.
• Certification: Forklift and/or Crane Operator Certificate.
