About this role

**About the Position** This is a full-time consulting assignment for 6 months, where you will initially be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Kranpunkten Båstad AB. After the initial 6-month period, it is stated that the position will transition to a permanent employment with the client company, provided that the collaboration works well for both parties. **About the Company** Kranpunkten i Båstad AB is a leading specialist in lifting machinery in the Nordic region. Please read more about Kranpunkten here. **Responsibilities** In the role of mechanic, you will have a varied daily routine where you are responsible for function testing, repairing, and servicing the company's machines and lifts. The machines can range from smaller scissor lifts to larger boom lifts, telehandlers, and wheel loaders, among others. You will ensure the quality of your work through self-inspection and documentation. In addition to the technical work, you are an important part of the workshop and are responsible for ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly. You will be involved in leading, planning, and distributing tasks within the team, contributing both practically and structurally to the daily work. - Function test, repair, and service the company's machines and lifts - Work with a variety of machines, from smaller scissor lifts to larger boom lifts, telehandlers, and wheel loaders - Ensure quality of work through self-inspection and documentation - Ensure smooth daily operations in the workshop and actively participate in planning, distributing, and leading tasks within the team **Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities** - Completed upper secondary education, preferably in technology or automotive - Work experience in a similar role, such as truck and/or car mechanic - A valid driver's license (B category) is required - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Knowledge of electrical systems, engines, or hydraulics is an advantage In addition to the above requirements, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
