Maintenance Mechanic at Trinseo Sweden AB – Norrköping

Your role
As a maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for preventing, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical problems in production. You will work both with scheduled maintenance activities and urgent repairs to ensure high availability in our processes. The position also includes on-call duties.
Main responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing production equipment
- Preventive maintenance and improvement work
- Assembly, adjustment, and calibration of machines and components
- Collaboration with electricians and technicians for operational support
- Participation in projects for modernization and efficiency improvements
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience as a maintenance mechanic, industrial mechanic, or service technician
- Have a technical education or equivalent skills
- Have welding skills for basic repair work (no welding certification is required)
- Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and take pride in your work
- Are motivated, engaged, and enjoy taking responsibility
- Have good collaborative skills and contribute to a positive work environment
- Communicate well in Swedish and English
- Have a B driver's license
- Are comfortable with being on-call.
