We are now seeking a Meeting & Event Coordinator for our team. We are looking for someone who loves making things happen and knows that a truly great meeting is not just in the agenda, but in the details, atmosphere, and overall experience. The role requires structure, drive, and a keen sense of nuance. One day it's a management meeting for 10 people, the next a fully booked house with multiple parallel conferences followed by a buy-out. Pace, variation, and self-leadership are your everyday reality - and you love it.
About the Role
As a Meeting & Event Coordinator, you are the link between guest, sales, and operations. From the first inquiry to the final wave and invoice. You plan, coordinate, and ensure that every guest receives an experience that is both thoughtful and personal.
What You Will Do:
• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain daily contact with our guests. You are their secure point throughout the entire process.
• Engage in close dialogue and collaboration with other teams in the house to ensure all pieces fit together.
• Integrate logistics, schedules, and creative solutions.
• Be present during major events to assess, check in, and fine-tune.
• Follow up and develop - always aiming to make things even better.
We Believe You:
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within meetings, events, or conferences.
• Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have an eye for details.
• Thrive in a high-paced environment and have no problem shifting gears when needed, as workload varies by season.
• Have a natural sense of service and are comfortable in customer dialogue.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
In short, you have a big heart, a sharp eye for details, and a sense of structure. And you like to deliver - every time.
About the Position
Employment Type: 100% permanent position after probation period
