The Tenants' Association Region Mitt is seeking a new team member to take on the challenge of membership recruiter. Our focus is on tenants, members, and residential areas. **Job Responsibilities** As a membership recruiter, you will work in residential areas, primarily in Sörmland but also in nearby municipalities. Your main goal is to meet tenants where they live, create trusting conversations, and offer membership in the Tenants' Association. You will be the Tenants' Association's ambassador in the field, with your ear to the ground. Together with your colleagues, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our ambitious goals as an organization. We prefer candidates with extensive work experience, and sales experience is an advantage. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period. We have a collective agreement, and the salary is commission-based with a fixed base salary. Region Mitt consists of 52 municipalities in four counties: Örebro County, Värmland, Sörmland, and Dalarna. In the region, we have approximately 64,000 members, about 1,200 elected representatives, and around 100 employees. The region coordinates the internal resources needed to create a living environment with security, influence, and community for tenants.
