The assignment in Jönköping involves working with various teaching methods including classroom, remote, and distance learning, as well as individual guidance and validation for our students in the Healthcare and Care program at the upper secondary level.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and systematically quality assuring and developing instruction in a flexible learning environment based on governing documents. You will work with assessment, grading, and documentation, as well as guide students according to individual needs and established study plans. You will encourage student participation, creativity, and engagement. We use digital tools and a modern learning platform that you are comfortable using. You view working with AI in teaching as enjoyable and developmental, both for students and yourself.
As a person, you are flexible, creative, responsible, and structured. You enjoy collaboration and value good relationships with students, colleagues, and our clients. You are interested in student learning and developing the organization's pedagogical methods. At the same time, you work well in teams and have a strong ability to drive your own work forward.
Your Profile
* Certified and qualified teacher in the Healthcare and Care program.
* Good computer skills and preferably experience with adult education.
