We are now seeking a Media Coordinator for an international headquarters in Stockholm – an analytical and collaborative role for those who want to combine strategy, data, and media planning in a rapidly growing company with strong global brands.
About the Role
As Media Coordinator, you will become a key person in the company's central media team, responsible for coordinating, tracking, and analyzing marketing efforts across multiple markets.
You will serve as the contact point for media platforms, coordinate global campaigns, and ensure that all data is managed and reported in a structured and efficient manner.
This is a role for those who want to combine operational responsibility with analytical precision and contribute to data-driven decisions that strengthen global market investments.
Your Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for the company's media management platform and ensure all data is correctly organized and updated for all markets.
- Coordinate and track global media spend – create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management and local market teams.
- Collect and analyze data related to KPIs, Share of Voice, Share of Spend, media consumption, and competition.
- Provide support and training to local markets and external media partners, including agencies.
- Coordinate global media campaigns from brief to implementation and evaluation.
- Develop processes, workflows, and analysis models to optimize media planning and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels and provide insights that drive the business forward.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Holds a degree in marketing, economics, communication, or equivalent.
- Has at least 3 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably from a media agency, analysis, or insights role.
- Has a good understanding of media planning, KPI analysis, and campaign evaluation (both digital and traditional media).
- Is analytical, structured, and thrives in a data-driven environment.
- Has excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Has experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar tools, with a natural interest in new digital solutions.
- Is self-driven, proactive, and enjoys an international, high-paced environment.
