Do you want to help shape the future of primary care? At Vårdcentralen Planteringen, you will work in a close and personal environment where quality, commitment, and care are at the center. We are looking for a specialist physician in general medicine who wants to combine clinical work with the opportunity to take on a role as a medically responsible leader (MLA).
We have approximately 3,900 registered patients and a complete commitment according to the Health Choice model. Our team consists of around 20 employees from various professional backgrounds who work closely together with great respect for each other's competencies. Here, you will find specialists and residents in general medicine, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. We also operate a child health center and several nurse-led clinics focusing on diabetes, elderly care, and hypertension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a specialist physician with us, you will play a central role in daily patient care. You will perform standard tasks within primary care and have the opportunity to combine this with the role of medically responsible leader. In the MLA role, you will be a key person in the development of the organization and actively participate in efforts related to quality, patient safety, and medical strategy alongside the operations manager and management team.

QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine and eligibility to practice within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least at the C1 level according to the Council of Europe’s language scale is required. Experience working in primary care is an advantage.
