WeMind works for mental health and offers care and support services within adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, residential care, and resource and treatment schools. We operate evidence-based, monitor treatment outcomes, are resource-conscious, and always provide a friendly approach. Our most important building block is, of course, our employees; together we work to continuously improve psychiatry in Sweden. Through effective and equitable care and interventions, we make a real difference. Become one of us!
Working as a Medical Lead Specialist at WeMind
In addition to working as a senior physician at the unit, you as the Medical Lead (MLA) are an essential part of the management team alongside the unit manager. You will participate in regular medical management meetings with the medical director and actively work on patient safety at the unit, development of medical routines, and the growth of the organization.
WeMind Psychiatry strives to prioritize patients' needs in all situations. Our work is based on evidence-based methods, and we operate according to structured yet flexible approaches. The physician's role is central both in psychiatric diagnostics and in the work with evidence-based treatment and regular follow-ups. Your most significant contribution occurs in your interactions with patients, which is why we have administrative staff and clear routines that free up your time to focus on your specialist expertise. Meet our doctors on our career page.
How do we know we are on the right track? We work with measurement-based care. This means that we always follow up on treatment with validated rating scales that we review together with the patient during their visit. This enhances the patient's involvement in their care and increases the possibility of individualized treatment, ensuring that it genuinely adds value for the patient. Follow-ups occur on a digital platform to avoid adding unnecessary administrative burdens on the staff.
