As a Medically Responsible Nurse (MAS) within the Welfare Community Service (VSS) production area, you will have a key role in ensuring safe and professional care.

Your Mission
Welfare Community Service is responsible for Nacka municipality's healthcare and social care services in-house. As MAS, you have an overall responsibility to ensure that municipal healthcare is conducted with good quality and in compliance with current legislation.
The role is both strategic and operational. You lead, follow up, and analyze systematic quality work, from patient safety and deviations to results and improvement areas.
You are part of the VSS staff and collaborate closely with the quality group and operations managers, while maintaining close dialogue with nurses and other licensed personnel in the operations.
Examples of Work Areas
- Lead and follow up patient safety work, self-assessments, and quality development
- Responsible for patient safety reports, Lex Maria, and assist in Lex Sarah investigations
- Ensure correct medication management, documentation, and collaboration with medical organizations
- Analyze deviations and quality data to identify risks and drive improvement work
- Contribute to the municipality's work on care hygiene, national quality registers, and digital quality systems
- Participate in municipality-wide networks and coordination with Nacka municipality's central MAS, care providers, and regulatory functions

You are an experienced and confident licensed nurse with a good understanding of the complexity of municipal care. You have an analytical and pedagogical approach and thrive in a role where you both provide support and drive development forward.
You are communicative and relationship-building, with the ability to create trust and engagement in the organization. You see the big picture but are also prepared to work operationally close to the operations. You have integrity and can both set demands and be responsive when it's the right time to push forward or wait.

Your Experience
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse
- Several years of experience in healthcare within municipally funded operations, such as elderly care, LSS, or social psychiatry
- Excellent knowledge of the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) and Patient Safety Act (PSL)
- Experience with medication management and delegations
- Documented experience in patient safety and quality work
- Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish, such as in reports, routines, and training materials
Meriting:
- Experience working according to SoL and/or LSS
- Experience with digital quality systems or national quality registers
- Teaching or leadership education
- Previous management assignments
