RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Medical Responsibility Nurse, you will ensure safe and secure healthcare in compliance with current legislation. This position offers the opportunity to work strategically and supportively in continuously developing patient safety quality alongside colleagues, care and support management, other leadership functions, and staff.
Key duties include:
• Ensuring patients receive appropriate, high-quality healthcare
• Quality assurance and development of patient safety
• Internal and external collaboration
• Establishing routines for medical cooperation
• Ensuring patient care aligns with physician recommendations
• Managing medication handling procedures
• Investigating and reporting potential care-related risks
• Ensuring safe delegation processes
• Maintaining patient journals according to legal requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Registered Nurse
• Multiple years of nursing work experience
• Valid driver's license (B-class)
Preferred:
• Specialist education in district nursing, geriatrics, or dementia care
• Municipal healthcare experience
• Functional support area experience
• Quality/change management expertise
• Healthcare legislation knowledge
