The Psychiatry Department conducts acute and planned activities within outpatient care and round-the-clock care. We have administrative offices at the university hospital in Örebro, Karlskoga, Hallsberg, and Lindesberg. Care administration is a central function in our operations, ensuring that administrative processes are efficient. The psychiatric administration consists of approximately 60 medical care administrators overseen by three unit managers. The role includes standard tasks for a medical care administrator, such as medical documentation, patient administration, billing work, mail handling, and providing administrative support to other professional groups. You should have strong proficiency in the Swedish language, be service-oriented, flexible, independent, and meticulous, with good collaboration skills. You easily establish good rapport with both patients and colleagues and enjoy working in a team. Familiarity with the Cosmic journal system is considered advantageous. You are open to development and motivated to work on continuous improvements in the organization and progress in your professional role.
