Surgery Department conducts acute and planned care in outpatient and inpatient settings. We are a county administration where USÖ, Karlskoga, and Lindesberg collaborate. Administration is a central function that ensures administrative processes run smoothly. We are now seeking a new colleague for the USÖ administration who will work with a seasoned team on typical tasks at the surgical clinic, with the majority of work focused on inpatient care and hospital wards. We are a team that collaborates on various administrative assignments.
Job Duties
Typical tasks such as medical documentation, referral management, diagnosis coding, monitoring lists, mail handling, and other administrative tasks within the clinic.
Qualifications
Medical care administrator education, medical secretary training, or similar is required.
We are seeking candidates with excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
