We at the Urology Clinic are seeking a medical secretary for a temporary position. **Job Responsibilities**
As a medical secretary with us, you will be a central part of the operation. You will collaborate with doctors, urotherapists, nurses, nursing assistants, booking planners, and surgical planners. Your work will primarily involve writing medical records and coding diagnoses, as well as planning booking materials and handling mail, scanning, and referrals. This is a varied role that will broaden your professional experience by allowing you to write across several different specialties within urology.
We work systematically with daily tasks and responsibilities. You will have significant autonomy in your role, while always having the support of a competent and dedicated team. We continuously strive to improve our working methods, including contributing to shorter waiting times in cancer care and reducing regional disparities.

**About the Workplace**
The Urology Clinic is a surgical unit with both planned and emergency services, specifically focused on urology. The clinic consists of a urology ward with inpatient beds as well as day care facilities, along with a urology outpatient clinic.
At our urology outpatient clinic, we provide highly specialized outpatient urology services. Here, we receive patients for both new visits and follow-ups, offering diagnostics and treatment with modern technology and high medical expertise.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary and has experience in the field. It is advantageous if you have additional training in DRG and have previously worked as a medical secretary within urology. You should be able to express yourself well in writing in Swedish. We expect you to have good knowledge of the medical record management system Cosmic.
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have a knack for collaboration. You thrive in a smaller team where everyone helps each other, and where the work is characterized by trust and shared goals. You have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work in a structured manner, always focusing on quality and patient benefit.
**Employment Conditions**
Temporary position for 1 year, full-time.
Start date as soon as possible or as agreed.
There are some opportunities to partially work remotely when the operation allows.
