About the Position In the Healthcare Administration Department, which launched on April 1, 2024, we are gathering the hospital's healthcare administrative resources under Production Staff. Our organization consists of approximately 600 medical secretaries, administrators, and executive assistants. We are now seeking a medical secretary for ME Endocrinology, where patients with endocrine diseases are treated and investigated. We have extensive endocrinology services involving treatment and research related to pituitary and adrenal diseases, common diseases like diabetes and thyroid conditions, and a profile area of diagnostic and rare disease care. Primary Responsibilities: - Journal writing in TakeCare - Disease classification according to ICD-10 - Procedure coding - Registry registration - Journal requisitions - Journal scanning administration - Mail handling - Additional administrative tasks based on departmental needs You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the outpatient clinic and other professional categories within healthcare administration.
