The Southern Primary Care Area has a hospital and eight region-operated health centers. The area is home to six private health centers as well as four municipalities. The Southern Primary Care Area employs around 900 staff and has six operational managers. The Central Health Center is just a stone's throw from Sundsvall's city center, yet remains lush and green. Your future colleagues will include family and educational physicians, district nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries, as well as a psychosocial team made up of social workers, psychologists, and psychiatric nurses. We also have a child health care center, and in the building, you will find 1177, Sundsvall's midwifery clinic, and Public Dental Care.
We are now seeking a medical secretary to join our team! You will work for the entire Southern Primary Care Area, but your base will be the Central Health Center, where your office is located. The Southern Primary Care Area comprises the Central and Gilleberget health centers in Sundsvall, the Southern Sundet health center in Härnösand, and Primary Care Rehabilitation in Sundsvall. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date to be agreed upon.
**Medical Secretary to the Central Health Center, Sundsvall**
**Job Responsibilities**
Your duties will include, among other things, administrative work with medical documentation such as diagnosis registration, dictation, performing other administrative tasks, and handling mail. You may also serve at our reception, where you will be the face of our center and greet and guide patients visiting the health center. We adopt a holistic perspective on health administrative service, and everyone collectively takes responsibility for the whole.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an educated medical secretary or has similar qualifications
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you:
- Have work experience in primary care
- Have experience working with electronic records NCS Cross
