We are now looking for a medical secretary to join our team! Bergnäsets Health Center is a health center with just over 7,000 registered citizens. We have a strong collaborative spirit focused on job satisfaction and aim to provide the best for our patients.
**We are looking for**
You who are a trained medical secretary/health administrator, preferably with prior experience in primary care. If you have previously worked in Cosmic or VAS and/or have experience with the region's intranet, Microsoft Office, and Teams, we consider this an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To thrive as a medical secretary with us at Bergnäsets Health Center, you need to be service-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills. You are self-driven and communicative in your work approach.
**What you will be working on**
As a medical secretary with us, you will have a varied role where record-keeping, documentation, and journal management are the main tasks. You will also handle other administrative duties typical of a health center. We hope you will act as the hub of our operations and assist other staff with various inquiries. You will also be the administrator for our intranet. You will be an important support, and through your work, you will play a key role in facilitating the daily operations of the health center.

**Information about the position**
The employment is a full-time temporary position during daytime hours. Start date as soon as possible or as agreed, and lasting until February 28, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
