About the Position
As a medical secretary, you'll be a key person in the organization. You'll work closely with your colleagues and be responsible for daily administration.
Your main tasks will include:
- Medical record writing and documentation
- DRG registration (both outpatient and inpatient)
- Management of out-of-region billing
- Other administrative tasks that keep the operation running smoothly
The position is full-time (39.5 hours/week) with working hours Monday–Friday. The position is located in the Healthcare Administration Department, which brings together Karolinska University Hospital's healthcare administrative resources within the Production Staff.
