Your Mission
Your primary mission at Eriksberg Health Center consists of writing medical records, working at the reception, handling phone calls, managing 1177 services, processing referrals and mail, administering appointment bookings, and assisting in planning and onboarding new staff. Depending on your previous experience, there may be opportunities to work in Heroma (scheduling and staffing system) and provide IT support.
Working in Primary Care as a medical secretary also means being part of a coordination effort, where collaboration between health centers exists regarding dictation transcriptions. There is an opportunity to work remotely one day a week.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary. You are meticulous, structured, and flexible in your work approach, and you possess excellent collaboration skills while also being capable of working independently. Experience in primary care and familiarity with the Cosmic medical record system, as well as proficiency in the Office Suite and other healthcare administration, is advantageous.

Our Organization
Eriksberg Health Center is located at Västertorg in the Eriksberg district of Uppsala. We have approximately 7,500 registered patients and around 35 employees. We offer a wide range of primary care services, and everyone at the health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care. The diverse patient demographic, from families with children to elderly patients, creates a stimulating and developing workplace. Eriksberg is a stable and well-functioning health center that focuses on a good working environment. Teamwork and organizational development are central to our mission.
