Job Responsibilities

The department currently has 25 employed nurses who will help YOU feel comfortable in YOUR new workplace.
In your role as a nurse, you will focus on acute care and high-quality nursing.
About the Workplace
The diagnoses at 4C are primarily stroke, TIA, and neurological diseases. All medical clinic departments share responsibility for caring for general internal medicine patients.
Our team consists of various professional categories: doctors, nurses, nurse assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, counselors, psychologists, medical secretaries, and staff from patient-near services - all are equally important. From this autumn, our team will also include a ward pharmacist.
The department has 21 care beds distributed across 3 groups. Patient care time varies but averages 3.5 days. 4C's mission is to handle acute care, with potential rehabilitation taking place at home or in Halmstad.
The workplace is constantly evolving, and we are always curious about how work methods can be developed and improved. This autumn, we are implementing Nova Ward Board (a digital whiteboard), Nova Ward Tablet (a mini iPad), and physicians will use Nova Physician (physician journal). The goal is to reduce duplicate work, gain better overview of necessary tasks, which will give us more time for patients.
At 4C, we continuously work on improvements. In April 2025, Healthcare introduced the new journal system Cosmic, and on November 26th, we will take the next step by introducing a digital solution that allows carrying the journal in your pocket. This means we can work even closer to the patient, with faster access to important information directly at the care site.

Scheduling occurs in the TESSA system where we take collective responsibility to cover the operation's needs.
About You
We are seeking a licensed nurse. We value good collaboration skills, a professional and humble approach, and that you contribute to creating a positive work environment. We strive to have the right person in the right place and therefore place great importance on personal suitability. You have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
