We are looking for several employees for the Personnel Pool with placements within Housing and Support. We may apply a probationary employment period.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your clients may consist of both older and younger individuals with disabilities. Depending on where you work, your workplace may be in the client's own home, a service residence, short-term/recreational care, or a group home. Examples of tasks include supporting the client in their daily life, leisure activities, as well as care and support tasks.
Tasks in the Personnel Pool are standard tasks that occur within care and support. Scheduled working hours (day, evening, and weekend).
QUALIFICATIONS
Care and support program or caregiver training or an interest in working with people. Experience in care and support is an advantage.
You are confident in documenting and using various systems required for the job. You should have a good command of the Swedish language in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension, as this involves contact with clients, relatives, documentation, and reading information relevant to the work. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in medication management and have had medication delegation. A valid B driver's license is also an advantage.
Working in the Personnel Pool places high demands on your ability to be flexible, therefore, personal suitability is highly valued. This is compensated with a salary supplement; for full-time positions, the salary supplement is 2500 SEK/month.
