Customer Support Team Member - Order Administrator

Glimakra of Sweden is now seeking an engaged and service-oriented team member for our customer support team, a crucial role where you will have daily contact with our customers, resellers, and colleagues, both in Sweden and internationally.
About the Role: As part of our customer support team, you will be a key link between sales, production, and delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service regarding:
• Quote and order management
• Delivery inquiries
• Product information and support
You have good computer skills and enjoy working with various business systems. We also value familiarity with Pcon and CET, or other drawing programs, as an additional plus. Expressing yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement as we work extensively with international partners. German is considered meritorious.
