The service has expanded, and as more clients seek our support, we now need to strengthen our team with more dedicated staff. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the home care team, you will provide support, service, and care to individuals who live at home and need assistance to manage their daily lives. You have an important role in which, together with colleagues, you create security, continuity, and high quality for our clients. Your tasks will include personal care, transfers, delegated health and medical care tasks, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meal service, and social support based on individual needs. You will always work according to decisions and implementation plans and actively contribute to ensuring that the client receives the time and support that has been approved. The role also includes ongoing documentation in our systems, reporting deviations, and noting changes in clients' health and well-being. The work requires you to be attentive, responsible, and able to interact with people with respect, security, and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, nurses, therapists, and planners, and you are an important part of the team's collective efforts to maintain high quality. We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has experience in care and support. You need to be able to work independently, be resilient under stress, and feel confident in prioritizing when necessary. A driver's license is required.
