Employee for Color Production

In production, we work to manufacture what constitutes a significant part of the heart of our operations: linseed oil paint and slurry paint. As a production employee, you will be responsible for producing paint according to manufacturing orders, as well as filling and labeling our products. The role also includes: • Initiating and participating in production and product development • Quality control and documentation of manufactured products • Incoming inspection and registration of raw materials • Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should enjoy practical work and have an interest in production. You are a positive, open individual who enjoys working. The job will involve both independent and team-based tasks, which requires good collaboration skills and initiative. The work is physical and involves some heavy lifting. Attention to detail and a strong quality awareness are essential.
