About the Role
You will be the customer's first point of contact at Frigoscandia AB, available via phone and email. The role involves handling all types of customer inquiries, either independently or with the help of other company functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Document/manage cases in our CRM system.
- Follow up on cases and ensure customer feedback.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Monitor, manage, and close deviations.
- Make manual bookings, adjust potential changes.
- Goods search using systems and manual methods.
- Follow up on recurring issues, identify root causes to find solutions or escalate to responsible function.
- Take action on unbooked and unmarked goods at terminals to ensure proper handling and departure.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who gets a kick out of providing that extra bit of service and wants to grow and improve with us! You react and act quickly and rationally when situations arise, have the ability to think outside the box, and are eager to share thoughts and ideas with the work group. We operate based on our core values: taking responsibility, playing for the team, and wanting more.
We prefer candidates with experience in logistics and who are accustomed to being the central point of contact between multiple parties. Education in Service Management, logistics, or transportation is meritorious.
While most customer dialogues are in Swedish, we also have many in English. Therefore, we prefer candidates who can express themselves well, both verbally and in writing, in both languages.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in service and quality logistics and transportation processes. You excel at service and have a positive basic attitude. Solving challenges in this position requires curiosity, analytical ability, and stress resistance and perseverance. You easily collaborate and appreciate working with others. Additionally, you understand the importance and value of both quality and safety in delivering our services.
Additional Information
This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. The position is located in Örebro, and we believe the best approach is a mix of office presence and the positive effects it provides, while also offering the possibility of working from home to balance life.
We have a collective agreement with Unionen for salaried employees.
