About the Role
You will be the customer's first point of contact at Frigoscandia AB and available via phone and email. The role involves handling all types of customer inquiries, independently or with the help of other company functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Document/manage cases in our CRM system (case management system)
- Follow up on cases and ensure customer feedback
- Handle incoming calls
- Monitor, manage, and close deviations
- Place manual bookings, adjust potential changes
- Cargo searches using systems and manually
- Follow up on recurring issues, identify root causes to find solutions or escalate to responsible function
- Take action on unbooked and unlabeled cargo at terminals to ensure proper handling and departure
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who gets a kick out of providing customers with that extra touch of service and wants to grow and improve together with us! You react and act quickly and rationally when situations arise, have the ability to think outside the box, and are happy to share thoughts and ideas with the work group. We are guided by our core values: we take responsibility, play for the team, and want more.
We prefer candidates with experience in logistics and who are accustomed to being the central coordinator between multiple parties. Education in Service Management, logistics, or transportation is advantageous.
While most customer dialogues are in Swedish, we also have many in English. Therefore, we welcome candidates who can express themselves well, both verbally and in writing, in both languages.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in service and quality logistics and transportation processes. You excel at service and have a positive basic attitude. To solve challenges that arise in the position, curiosity, analytical ability, stress resistance, and perseverance are required. You find it easy and enjoyable to collaborate with others. Additional Information
This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. The position is located in Linköping, and we believe the best arrangement is a mix of office presence and the positive effects it provides, while also offering the possibility of working from home to balance life's puzzle.
We have a collective agreement with Unionen for salaried employees.
