We are looking for two new colleagues for our client in Gothenburg to join the Central Customer Service team.
Job Description
By calling the company’s phone number, you will reach our skilled team at Central Customer Service. The team handles service requests, schedules appointments with property managers and other administrators, and answers questions related to housing.
As a customer service representative, your main responsibilities will be to assist our tenants in the best possible way. This includes answering questions, providing relevant information, receiving service requests, and coordinating appointments with the responsible property manager or administrator.
Qualifications
You should have at least a three-year high school education and experience in customer service, telephone support, or another service-related profession. Experience in the real estate industry, such as working as a property manager or similar, is also beneficial. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy interacting with people. Strong administrative skills and excellent computer proficiency are required.
We are looking for someone who finds customer service enjoyable and possesses excellent communication skills, is digitally savvy, service-oriented, and flexible. The right candidate is a team player with a customer focus and a sense of service, driven by the desire to achieve set goals together with colleagues.
You have a natural ability to prioritize the customer and always maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all conversations to contribute to the company's customer satisfaction.
You must be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is highly advantageous if you also speak other languages.
