Employee in Gardening and Outdoor Environment – Upplands-Brohus
Do you want to work long-term to create comfort and security in our residential areas as an Environmental Manager? Upplands-Brohus is now seeking a dedicated employee for the Operations Unit. Primarily, you will work in gardening and outdoor environments. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to well-maintained and attractive outdoor spaces in Kungsängen and Bro – year-round.
**Job Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of our outdoor environments. Your work should create a neat and well-kept impression and ensure safety for those living and working in the area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Cleaning work to keep the areas free from visible litter
• Maintenance of flower plantings, shrubs, green spaces, and trees in a professional and sustainable manner
• Regular inspection of playgrounds and play equipment for safety and functionality
• Snow removal and ice prevention, including standby duty during the winter season
• Contributing improvement suggestions and information about maintenance needs to the operations manager and clients
• Maintaining good communication with tenants, contractors, and partners
• Performing other tasks within the scope of the position
**Profile**
**Education**
• High school diploma or equivalent education in gardening
• Alternatively, equivalent skills/experience
**Skills and Experience**
• Good knowledge of gardening and outdoor environment maintenance
• Ability to communicate in Swedish (required)
• Some experience with digital systems (required)
• B driver's license (required)
• Knowledge and experience with machinery for summer and winter maintenance
• Desirable: language skills beyond Swedish
• Desirable: knowledge of how to create safe outdoor environments
• Desirable: experience working in Momentum Fastighet

**Good to Know**
The desired start date is January 1, 2026, and we apply a 6-month probationary period. You will be based at our operations office in Bro. We adhere to Fastigo's F-agreement. Working hours in winter are Monday-Wednesday 7 AM - 4 PM, Thursday 7 AM - 7 PM, and Friday 7 AM - 12:30 PM.
