About this role

About the Position Do you have a background in mechanics/repair? Or do you have an interest in maintenance and repairs? Take a look! In the role of repair technician, you will be responsible for service, repair, and maintenance of train carriages. The work follows clear routines and guidelines that ensure a good work environment, high traffic safety, quality, and efficiency. You will work with a variety of technical and mechanical tasks in a spacious facility with multiple stations, providing a varied workday with different assignments. Work hours are weekdays Monday-Friday 07:00–15:30. Who Are You? Previous experience as a repair technician, welder, mechanic, workshop worker, or similar is a clear advantage. Education in vehicle mechanics or workshop-related fields is also meritorious. To thrive in the role, you should be able to work both independently and collaboratively. The work may involve heavy tasks, so good physical condition is desirable. You also need to meet health requirements for work in rail areas, which will be checked before employment. You will receive the necessary training in areas such as freight car maintenance, track work, brake systems, and other relevant areas. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities.
