A day at MAX
As a restaurant team member, your tasks will be varied. You will serve our guests and ensure that the restaurant is clean and tidy, work in the kitchen where you will prepare burgers, smoothies, and fry fries. You will be responsible for the cash register, taking orders and ensuring that guests receive the correct items, all together with your colleagues.
The work involves varying hours during days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Under the guidance of the restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, you will learn the job step by step at the different stations, as well as through our digital training courses. Almost all of our managers started in this role!

How does the process work?
We have chosen to skip CVs and cover letters for our restaurant team member positions. Instead of submitting your CV and cover letter, you will answer a series of selection questions and complete a Service Test. We ask you to respond thoroughly to the selection questions.
After you have submitted your application, you will receive a test sent to your email; this is a Service Test that involves answering how you would act in a situation that may arise during daily work at MAX. The test provides you as a candidate with a taste of what it is like to work at MAX. The test takes a maximum of 15 minutes. After completing the test, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you will receive an invitation to an interview; if you do not move forward, we will inform you via email. We review applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we will not move forward with candidates who do not complete the Service Test.
