As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the right hand of the Restaurant Manager and responsible for the restaurant's operations when the Restaurant Manager is not present.
This is a first step for those who aspire to run their own restaurant one day. You will broaden and deepen your leadership skills and learn all the tasks of a Restaurant Manager.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with documented experience in a supervisory role and budget responsibility within the restaurant, hotel, retail, or other similar labor-intensive industries. Experience in the fast-food sector is considered an advantage. You should be service-oriented and able to maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment. You are meticulous, resourceful, and skilled at leading and developing people.
