Your role as Operations Manager involves working with your colleagues as a team to ensure our guests receive a world-class experience. You will have oversight of all restaurant areas, including kitchen, cash register, dining area, and the external environment around the restaurant.
You will be responsible for planning, staffing, training, and monitoring restaurant operations. Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, you will learn the job and business step by step at different stations through our internal training programs.
