Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with managing and quality assuring material master data in the SAP ERP system. You will be a crucial part of the workflow between multiple departments, working closely with design, order engineering, purchasing, and delivery. The work involves a significant portion of operational tasks in SAP, but you will also use systems like Teamcenter and Microsoft Office 365 for documentation, analysis, and communication.
Your Main Tasks:
• Manage and update material master data in SAP
• Ensure high data quality and consistency in systems
• Support the business with analyses and reports based on master data
• Collaborate with adjacent processes and functions to ensure correct information flow
• Contribute to improvement and development work within the master data area
• Opportunity to drive process development based on experience and personal qualities
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has/is:
• Experience in logistics, planning, or master data management
• Good system proficiency and experience with SAP (Teamcenter experience is meritorious)
• Interest in data analysis and ability to identify patterns in large datasets
• Experience with BI tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Quality-conscious and detailed-oriented
• Responsible and self-driven
• Understands the overall context and sees how different parts affect each other
• Communicative and comfortable collaborating across departmental boundaries
