Master Planner – Coordinate the Future Projects at Saab

Saab Kockums is now seeking a Master Planner! **About the Role** You will play a central role in coordinating and developing our capacity and resource planning, both in the short term (1.5 years) and long term (5 years). The role involves: - Coordinating the resource and capacity process at the business unit level - Ensuring data quality and analyses in the project management tool Antura - Developing workflows, views, and KPI structures in the tool - Supporting project managers and line managers in their views - Contributing to training materials and improvement initiatives - Presenting results and identifying new opportunities - Working closely with the back-office team and supporting technical planning, cost tracking, and project support You will build a broad network within the organization – both digitally via Teams and physically by moving between different groups and managers. Onboarding will take place together with the team, where you will receive support from mentors and colleagues who are already working with these processes. **We Are Looking For You** You are social and communicative, with a knack for building good relationships.
