About the Role
As a Master Planner, you are the heart of our planning process. You will be responsible for creating and driving a robust master planning strategy, in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, and Marketing departments. Your contribution is critical to ensuring precise delivery and maintaining our market leadership.
This is a role where you will influence strategic decisions, develop processes, and work with continuous improvements. You will become part of a dedicated team that values collaboration, innovation, and a culture where ideas are taken seriously.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the manufacturing planning process.
• Ensure and maintain master planning.
• Conduct capacity planning based on orders, forecasts, and market data.
• Communicate delivery plans and initiate corrections when delays are at risk.
• Develop methods and tools for logistics analysis and lead time optimization.
• Serve as an interface with the Marketing function and provide lead time information.
• Lead daily forecast meetings and document decision-making materials.
• Drive service and repair projects from planning to implementation.
• Ensure inventory control and contribute to cost optimization.
• Promote understanding of the planning function through training and internal communication.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
• Experience in production and good knowledge of the Jeeves ERP system.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
• Experience in agile project management, preferably within service and repair of technical products.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to lead meetings and drive cross-functional discussions.
• Solid experience in leading customer meetings with English as the primary communication language.
• Excellent proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Meritorious: Experience with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning).
