Article Validator Position
As an Article Validator in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our master data, which is key to achieving our strategic goals. You will become part of our dynamic Master Data Team and work closely with operational activities to ensure accurate article information and attributes. You will be responsible for validating and approving article data and communicating with suppliers to maintain the highest possible standards.
Our headquarters are located in our spacious, modern facility in Solna Business Park, where we work on-site 3 days per week.
This position is a consultant assignment through Adecco with planned start as soon as possible.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Validation and updating of master data in business and legacy systems
- Quality assurance of article information via GDS and DMR
- Communication with suppliers regarding incoming data errors
- Collaboration on process and system support development
- Reprocessing of incorrect messages and more
About You:
We are seeking candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, who are detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work efficiently in teams while demonstrating the initiative to drive work forward. Your understanding of the big picture and ability to act proactively will be crucial to your success in this role. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English. Knowledge of SAP is highly desired.
