**About the Position**
As a Master Data Specialist, you will support the company's global team in creating and updating material masters in SAP. Through a global case management system, you will receive requests where you will ensure the correct classification of components based on given criteria. This includes selecting the appropriate UNSPSC code and registering details such as dimensions, weight, capacity, voltage, and frequency.
To succeed in this role, a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in technical information are essential. You will often need to research facts in data sheets and on suppliers' websites – and sometimes even contact suppliers directly to complete the information.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a meticulous and analytical role, where structure and quality are paramount. You are motivated by contributing to improved processes and are interested in working long-term in a global environment where you will play a crucial role in the company's component procurement efforts.
The assignment starts immediately and lasts for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. You will be employed by us at Poolia and work on the assignment at our client's location.

**Qualifications:**
- Relevant post-secondary education
- High technical understanding of components within the food processing industry
- Strong expertise in master data management
- Practical experience with global business systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extensive experience with SAP; you should also love it!
- Fluent in Swedish and highly proficient in English
