Massage Therapist Wanted at Trainology Healthcare in Kävlinge

Trainologi is a small, private, and flexible organization founded in 2020 that currently offers personal training, medical massage therapy, physiotherapy, nutritional counseling, corporate wellness, small group training, and much more in our own studio located in central Kävlinge. Our goal is to connect our physiotherapist to the high-cost protection within the next year and expand to larger premises within 1-2 years to accommodate a larger associated gym, doctors, counseling therapists, orthopedic engineers, and more. Our vision is to lower the threshold for the right and effective care/assistance for our customers, collaborating closely to cover the entire spectrum from acute injury to post-rehabilitation and full return to daily life and sports activities. We now wish to expand our team with a new team member for the position of certified medical massage therapist, or alternatively, a diploma-level massage therapist. You will take over an existing customer base, with the opportunity to expand to full-time if desired. There will also be opportunities to engage in expansion, marketing, and other aspects of the company. Being a Massage Therapist at Trainologi Your primary task is to deliver safe and individually tailored treatments. To date, we have offered medical massage therapy, classic massage, breathing therapy/Lotorp method, which may change depending on your skills. You will take over an existing customer base and will actively need to establish a strategy and work on outreach sales to quickly fill your bookable times. You will have access to a fresh treatment room of approximately 9.5 sqm, with a ceiling height of about 2.6m, including a sink, cabinet storage, AC with heating/cooling, and access to a private, secluded balcony of about 3 sqm. We have a shared staff kitchen, shower/toilet facilities. Free parking is available for you and customers along the street. Approximately 7 minutes walking distance from Kävlinge Station. You will also have access to the PT studio and its training equipment for personal use. Working hours are flexible and varied but require good planning skills, with you structuring your workdays independently. You enjoy developing and testing new concepts and like working with the team to exchange thoughts and ideas, and most importantly, to realize them. What We're Looking For In addition to certification as a medical massage therapist or diploma-level massage therapist from an approved educational provider, we are seeking someone who is proactive, responsible, comfortable with customer interaction and sales.
