Machine Rental/Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities
In the role of Machine Rental/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for renting out machines, services, and solutions to our customers within the business area. Customers are primarily contractors in ground and infrastructure work who need excavators for their projects.
You will be the link between customer and carrier, responsible for solving the customer's specific needs. You will primarily work with our contract customers, focusing on customer care, up-selling, and business development. Your focus will be on relationship selling and customer service to achieve the highest customer satisfaction on-site.
When new customers establish themselves and are about to start projects in the region, you will be involved early on to introduce our machines and services. You will naturally also be involved in selling all services that LBC Borås AB can offer.
The region primarily extends from Borås/Sjuhärad and surrounding areas towards Gothenburg. Some customers occasionally have projects outside this region, which we try to solve in the best possible way.
You will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues within the Business Area in the rental process and maintain contact with both carriers and customers throughout the project.
You will report to the Business Area Manager for Construction & Infrastructure.
Profile
We are looking for someone with experience from the construction and infrastructure industry. You understand how work is carried out on a construction site and are accustomed to communicating with those responsible on-site. Perhaps you currently work in the industry on projects or have experience with/worked with renting out excavators, wheel loaders, etc.
We are seeking someone who is:
