Their primary specialty is manufacturing parts for energy production and process industries, but they also produce components in several other sectors where requirements for precision, durability, and longevity are extremely high.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform Plasma, MIG/MAG and TIG welding according to drawings and welding procedures (WPS).
• Set up, monitor and operate welding robots or semi-automatic welding machines.
• Prepare materials, fixtures, and equipment for welding.
• Check dimensions and weld quality according to drawing documentation and quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance of welding equipment.
• Document completed work and any deviations.
• Participate in improvement work, production meetings, and quality reviews.
Your Profile
We are seeking someone with a background in welding who thrives in an environment where quality and precision are the focus. You are meticulous, responsible, and structured, with a good ability to collaborate and communicate. The role requires flexibility to work 2-shift (morning & afternoon)
• Industrial program or equivalent welding education.
• Experience in welding within manufacturing industry. Knowledge of TIG welding (Plasma/MIG MAG is meritorious)
• Able to read and interpret drawings and welding designations
• Understanding of material properties and basic knowledge of welding parameters, fixturing, and clamping.
• Welding licenses (e.g., ISO 9606-1) are preferred
Meritorious
• Forklift and overhead crane certification.
• Familiarity with LEAN/5S or similar production systems.
