About the Job
We are now seeking a Machine Setter/Technician for our plastics factory in Bodafors, where we manufacture brush handles, roller trays, paint buckets, and more!
In the role of Machine Setter/Technician, you will be responsible for setting up various machines (injection molding and robots), maintaining and servicing machines and peripheral equipment, mold tools, and changing, setting up, and operating equipment according to production planning.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a passionate technical interest and good problem-solving skills. As a person, you are committed, flexible, and unpretentious. You work well independently and take responsibility for contributing to high quality and productivity during your workday.
You have:
• Good mechanical understanding
• Technical basic education or equivalent work experience
• Experience in technical industrial work is required
You speak/understand and read/write Swedish fluently. If you also have training as a machine setter, experience in injection molding work, or similar, this is meritorious!

During training, you will work day shifts. Afterwards, the plan is to work 2-shift.
