Machine Operator for the Paper Converting Industry

Therefore, we need to expand our workforce with several skilled employees for our factory in Otterbäcken. We are currently seeking machine operators for our conversion machines for the production of paper bags for e-commerce. Responsibilities • Operate and monitor production machines. • Set up machines for product changes. • Check the quality of products and report discrepancies. • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines. • Work closely with colleagues and production management to ensure efficient operations. • Follow applicable safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications • Technical interest and the ability to handle machines. • Good teamwork skills and sense of responsibility. • Attention to detail and a willingness to contribute to a safe and efficient production. • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. • English is a plus. • Experience in industrial work, particularly in the paper or packaging industry, is an advantage. • We place great importance on your personal qualities.
