About the Position
We are now seeking machine operators for upcoming assignments at our client in Piteå.
As a consultant for our client, you will have varied work days with different tasks depending on the department. Common to all roles is that precision, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are crucial. Work tasks may include setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, as well as ensuring product quality by identifying and addressing potential deviations.
The position is a full-time consultant assignment with a 6-month probationary period. For the right person, there are good opportunities for permanent employment. Work hours are scheduled in shifts, but sometimes begin with daytime during training. You therefore need to be flexible regarding working hours.
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys an industrial environment and has experience with, and wants to develop skills in process and industrial work. You are a person who enjoys physical work, has a positive attitude, and quickly grasps instructions. You adapt smoothly to different work tasks and thrive in an environment where the pace varies. Experience with cutting, joining, or turning is meritorious. Additionally, experience with machines, especially CNC machines, is an advantage. Good English skills, particularly in writing, are also considered meritorious as some instructions are in English.
To succeed in the role, you need to have:
• Experience working in production or industry.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Forklift and/or crane operator certification (meritorious).
• Meritorious education in electrical, CNC, welding, or equivalent.
