Your Responsibilities
As a machine operator, you are central to production. You are responsible for working with and monitoring production machines, ensuring quality, and making sure each prestressed strand leaving the factory is exactly right.
You Will:
• Operate and monitor production machines according to established routines
• Perform quality controls and document results
• Document production and deviations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed
• Be responsible for machine maintenance
• Work day, evening, and night shifts according to schedule
