About the Position

As an operator, you will be the heart of our production, where your daily tasks involve monitoring production, manufacturing products according to our production schedule, and smoothly adapting machines to their needs. We believe in collaboration and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team where each individual plays a crucial role.
In your role, you will:
• Monitor production
• Manufacture products according to production schedule and deadlines
• Adjust machines as needed
• Collaborate closely with other operators and technicians in production
The operator position is a 6-month consultant assignment via Adecco. If possible, it may transition to a direct employment with the client. BAT applies a 3-shift system.
About You
We are seeking a curious and responsible team player. To succeed in the role, you are attentive and open to leveraging others' knowledge and experience. You are open-minded, contribute perspectives, and have high moral and integrity.
Important for the position:

• Good problem-solving skills
• Initiative-taking
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Meritorious:
• Previous experience as an assembler/operator
• Previous experience in the food industry
• Forklift certification
