About the Position
As a machine operator at our client's facility, you will be responsible for the production of wooden kitchen components. Your tasks will include operating and monitoring machines, performing quality controls, and managing materials. The work is shift-based, which means you will work in 2-shift rotations. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the production process to guarantee high-quality final products.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with previous experience as a machine operator or equivalent. You should have a good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards, as well as practical experience handling tools and machines. Experience working in teams and the ability to follow instructions carefully are crucial. You need to have basic Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, to ensure effective workplace communication. A valid B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
Advantageous Qualifications
It is advantageous if you have previously worked in an industry with CNC machines, which provides insight into work processes. Education in mechanics or production technology can also be an advantage, as well as experience with quality control. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changes is valuable. Forklift certification and previous forklift experience are highly advantageous.
