Academic Resource is seeking a Machine Assembler for our client, an innovative and expanding industrial company in Nacka. This is a full-time position and a direct recruitment for the client. Start date is immediate or as agreed upon. Travel to the USA and Stockholm may occur.
Job Description
Be part of bringing advanced machines to life – from assembling and adapting parts to renovating and refining existing models. Here, you will not only build but also actively contribute to the development and improvement of products for the future. You will become a key player in the creation of entirely new machine models.
At the start of your employment, you will receive thorough training regarding the position, which will provide you with sufficient skills to perform the work independently under responsibility.
In the long term, exciting service assignments at customer sites may also occur – perfect opportunities to combine technical knowledge with on-site problem-solving.
Qualifications
• Completed vocational/technical high school education in workshop/industry and/or a genuine interest in mechanics.
• Some understanding and interest in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and an understanding of basic machining drawings.
• Good command of English.
• Valid driver's license (B).
It is considered advantageous to have:
• Previous experience in mechanical work in a workshop/industry, either as an assembler and/or with machining such as milling, turning, and grinding.
• Previous experience in precision mechanical assembly.
• Good command of Swedish.

• You are meticulous and prioritize performing tasks with high quality.
• Good command of English. A driver’s license (B) is a requirement.
