We provide support ranging from contract monitoring and map materials to handling incoming cases. Moreover, we are a critical link between the municipality and businesses, responsible for matters concerning public space usage and excavation permits. Your Responsibilities As a Land Use Allocator at Operations Support and Service, you'll work with other allocators to manage public space allocation. Public space is determined in detailed plans and temporarily allocated under the Public Order Act. The Police Authority is the permitting authority, and the municipality acts as a referral instance for allocating public spaces. The work is varied and includes investigation, opinions, invoicing, and on-site supervision. You'll perform your work supported by legislation, guidelines, and rates. The work involves close collaboration with municipal residents, businesses, and other municipal departments, striving to provide businesses with good conditions for operation. You'll also work closely with colleagues across various competencies to collectively clarify the conditions for each referral. As the work is diverse and the pace is high, you're expected to independently plan and prioritize cases without compromising legal certainty or equal treatment. Who are you? We're seeking someone with a university degree in social sciences, law, or another education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have experience in investigative work where information searching across multiple systems is a natural part of daily routine. Experience in public administration is considered meritorious. You express yourself excellently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and can communicate clearly, service-oriented, and professionally in various contexts. As a person, you're structured, flexible, and self-assured, with the ability to adapt to varying tasks and pace.
