Dille Gård is entering an exciting phase of development and is now seeking a Marketing Strategist who wants to help build our brand, strengthen our culture, and contribute to our continued growth.
About Us:
We are a major educator in Sweden within green industries. At our schools, Dille Gård Nature Management High School near Östersund and Berga Nature Management High School near Haninge, our students can attend high school in the nature management program, take adult courses, or study forest technology at vocational college. We also provide commissioned training in areas such as heavy transport. Each year, we have the honor of taking care of over 600 students.
A large proportion of our courses and educational programs are in practical areas. We believe in owning and managing the entire chain, which is why we have our own forest machines, riding facilities, and veterinary care equipment to contribute to high-quality education.
During our journey, different areas have developed into their own business areas. Gidås Sustainability Bureau is one such example, along with Dille Forest and Dille Veterinary Clinic.
Just as our education requires machines and specialized equipment, facilities are also necessary. We own and manage our own premises and properties. Our holdings include classrooms, riding halls, workshop spaces, offices, workplaces, and libraries. All to ensure optimal school operations. We also own agricultural land and forest properties through our property companies.

Your Role:
As Marketing Strategist at Dille Gård, you will have overall responsibility for developing and driving our marketing efforts. You will report to the CEO and be part of the management team, contributing your expertise in communication, brand development, and marketing strategy.
Work Location: Berga Nature Management High School, Västerhaninge, or Dille Campus, Östersund. Travel is required for the position.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Dille Gård's marketing strategy
• Drive brand and communication work
• Analyze market trends and target group behaviors
• Plan and follow up marketing activities and campaigns with relevant units
• Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and external suppliers
• Contribute to developing and communicating Dille Gård's culture and values
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone who has:
• Relevant education in marketing, communication, or equivalent
• Experience in strategic and operational marketing
• Ability to see the big picture while understanding details
• Strong communication skills and a sense of brand building
• A humble and attentive approach to collaboration
